Terms of Service
These terms describe how the service is provided. They are a plain-language summary and are not legal advice.
Accounts
A subscription belongs to a company. Each person must use their own named account with a unique email address and their own password; shared logins are not permitted. Company administrators are responsible for the users they invite, the roles they assign and for deactivating users who leave.
Trial
New company accounts receive a 30-day free trial of the full product. No payment details are required to start the trial. Access to paid features ends when the trial expires unless a subscription is started.
Pricing and seats
The plan is $79 per month per company, or $790 per year, and includes 5 inspector seats and 5 admin seats. Additional inspector seats cost $10 per month per seat. Inspections, customers, properties, photos, videos and generated reports are not metered. Prices may change with notice; changes do not apply to an already-paid term.
Cancellation
A subscription can be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the paid period. Companies are responsible for exporting reports they wish to keep outside the service.
Your content and professional responsibility
You retain ownership of the records, media and reports you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process them to run the service. Septic Pro Connect is a documentation tool: the inspecting professional remains responsible for the accuracy of findings, for holding any required licence, and for meeting the submission requirements of the relevant authority. We do not certify inspections or guarantee acceptance of any form by a state or county.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another company's data, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material, or use the service to store information you have no right to hold.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and to keep your data safe, but the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops and will post the updated version on this page.
