What gets deleted
- Your login, profile, name, email and signature
- Inspection answers, photos, videos and generated reports you own
- Customer and property records in your workspace
- Device and diagnostic logs tied to your account
Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your Septic Pro Connect account and the personal data connected to it at any time — from the app, this page, or by email. No account is required to file this request.
How long it takes
We confirm receipt immediately with a reference number, verify the request, and complete deletion within 30 days. Encrypted backups roll off within 90 days.
What we may keep
Records we must retain by law — for example completed statutory inspection reports filed with a state agency, and basic billing/tax records. These are kept only as long as required and are never used for marketing.
